Testing Services

The psychologists at Village Family Psychiatry provide a variety of testing services to children (6 years of age +), adolescents, and adults, including the following:

  • Neuropsychological testing
  • Psychological testing
  • Psychoeducational assessments
  • Accommodations assessments (e.g., SAT, LSAT)
  • Independent educational evaluations (IEE)
  • Special education second opinions
  • Presurgical screening evaluations

Evaluations are helpful for those who have a history of or are concerned about conditions such as:

  • Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Dementia
  • Developmental delays
  • Intellectual disability
  • Learning disability
  • Memory impairment
  • Mood and anxiety disorders (e.g., depression, bipolar disorder)
  • Traumatic or acquired brain injury

Consultation Services

Consultation services provided include the following:

  • Parent training and education
  • Consultation services for schools
